Delete Your Inner Game Account

The Inner Game is published by Peak Performance AI, Inc. This page explains how to delete your account and data, whether you still have the app installed or not.

1. Delete from within the app

  1. Open The Inner Game
  2. Go to Settings → Delete Account
  3. Check "I would like to delete my account and all my data"
  4. Tap "Delete account"

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

2. Request deletion by email

If you've uninstalled the app, email hello@theinnergame.app from the address associated with your account and request that it be deleted. We'll process your request within 30 days.

3. What gets deleted

  • Account and login credentials
  • Profile information (name, email, sport, goals)
  • Coaching session and voice journal transcripts and summaries
  • Journals, reflections, and anchor phrases

4. What we retain, and for how long

  • Billing and transaction records are retained as required by tax and accounting law (approximately 7 years). These are held by our payment processors and are not used to re-identify a deleted account.
  • Encrypted backups are purged on a rolling basis within 30 days.
  • Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot be linked back to an individual may be retained indefinitely.

5. Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed by the app store you subscribed through, so you'll need to cancel there separately:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
